At Vara & Vale, we want you to love every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we offer a 30-day return policy and a simple process to return or exchange items.
Your Consumer Rights
Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if a product has a major failure or is not of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, or as described. These rights apply in addition to our return policy and cannot be excluded or limited.

Return Shipping Responsibility

Defective or incorrect items: If an item is faulty, damaged, or not as ordered, please contact us. Upon approval, we will provide the return address, and you will receive a full refund once the product is returned.

Change of mind returns: Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipment. Vara & Vale does not reimburse shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.
Important: We do not provide return labels. Customers must select a carrier of their choice and ensure the package is safely returned to the address we provide.
How to Return an Item

Contact us: Email info@varavale.com with your order number and reason for return.

Return approval: If eligible, we will provide you with a return sheet and the return address.

Repack the item: Place the item in its original packaging with the return sheet included.

Ship the item: Send the return via a trackable shipping method of your choice. You are responsible for any return shipping costs and ensuring the package reaches us safely.
Refunds

Inspection: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.

Processing: Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time to appear on your statement.

Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned. These will be clearly marked as non-returnable on the product page.
